Negotiations:
  • If engaging in negotiations, sellers are encouraged to do so with the customer's satisfaction in mind, ensuring a positive and transparent transaction.
Shipping Practices:
  • We recommend Cubesnack's shipping partners for shipping your items ensuring the safety of both the seller and the buyer.. If you’d like to use your own shipping method, please ensure that you update your tracking number in the Order Details immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Threatening or Harassing Messages:
  • Sending chat messages intended to threaten, degrade, or harass customers will result in an immediate termination of selling privileges on Cubesnack.
Association with Hate Groups:
  • Listing items associated with hate groups or glorifying violence is strictly prohibited.
Racial Slurs:
  • Sending messages or listing items containing racial slurs is not allowed.
False Information:
  • Listings or messages that provide false information about products or services are prohibited.
Transaction Safety
Shipping Requirement:
  • All items on Cubesnack must be shipped unless local pickup is offered by verified businesses at verified locations.
Marketplace Transactions:

Off-Platform Transactions:

Trades or Partial Trades:
